I have a Compaq Armada 1130T Windows 95 era laptop but it suffers from a problem all old appliances or computers have: brittle plastics.
So does my Armada, as it's got a damaged right side hinge mount on the lid. I was watching a This Does Not Compute video about one of his PowerBooks and I saw he 3D-printed a new hinge mount.
Here comes my question: how do I model a replacement hinge mount? I happen to have a damaged Contura 420CX back cover I can try experimenting on first.
