Thoughts on E5-2620V3 vs E5-2609V4?

They are both around $225. This is light ESX, but I have a K2200 in there that will run my workstation as well.

My gut is to go 2620V3 for higher CPU and Turbo. I don't REALLY need more cores.

I would get the E5-2620 V3 of those two with zero hesitation.

Which motherboard are you planning to use?
It's an R730 (Because we currently have an R730 that's going somewhere else that needs a warranty), and there's an H730 with an array behind it which I'll just move over. And I need TWO cpu to be able to use the GPU. I actually would have preferred a T630 or T430 and single, faster CPU, but this is what went down. Moving down to a T620 or T420 didn't save much money.
