Two questions ....
1) What is the best occulink pcie card for the pcie gen 3 tiny's? e.g. m90q gen 2? These have a x8 slot, right? All the occulink cards I'm seeing are x8 dual occulink x4.
EXAMPLE - Amazon.com

But, I'd like to have full pcie gen3 x 8 speed, not x4 speed.

2) are there any occulink to ethernet adapters? Could I go from the gen3x8 pcie to BOTH an occulink x4 and an ethernet x4?
Thanks!
I'm on a p3 tiny gen 1 and i use a similar card above only 1 oculink port. I'm unsure if to use a bifurcated card, you might need to have that setting in BIOS as well but i'm not 100% sure

But then I have a separate egpu dock but its just the card and a metal stand, needs separate PSU. Altogether, works amazing. I run a 6700 XT with my p3 Tiny

on AMD m75q models, can the m.2 for the nvme be split with an m2 + oculink adapter? Something like:

assuming i would use w/o the cover

Goal would be to have the ability to use m75q models (which have no pcie x16) with eGPU via oculink, but not have to sacrifice the speed of m.2 nvme SSD (aka i'd like to run games from nvme SSD) vs the secondary SATA

If you have an M75q Gen 2 it's possible to solder on the riser slot, I've shown how to get it working here: Add 2nd nvme to M75Q gen2 · Issue #3 · a-little-wifi/TinySecrets

Only note is that that's without installing the more powerful 12V regulator meant for GPUs, but if you're using an oculink dock anyway it doesn't matter.

dood, this is amazing news holy guacamole

and it looks like you've provided beefier 12v info but... not something you have planned but all good!

i'm kinda stoked because i have a spare mobo (same model) to practice on
