Interesting expander. Looks like it is a pull out of a thinkserver rd640.

I recently purchased the knock off version for $125 just for the helluva it and it seems to be working just fine. It also appears to have a floppy-style power connector on the board (to be used in lieu of the PCI slot I'd guess) but I've no documentation to determine that to be the case for sure.
