I've been racking my brain on this all day. I followed the steps in this thread and got stuck on step 14. I get this output:

I've tried both 2118it.bin and 2108it.bin, both with and without the BIOS image mptsas2.rom. My card is a Lenovo 03T6739 (LSI 9240-8i), and I'm trying to flash it with the firmware to turn it into an IT mode card. I know for a fact my card supports the firmware to flash it to a 9210-8i, as there are others on eBay selling them with this version.

I can wipe the card just fine using MEGAREC.EXE under FreeDOS, but sas2flash appears to flash it only halfway. Does anyone have any suggestions of things I can try?

Hopefully I provided enough details, if not, please let me know and I'll provide more. It's pretty late at night, so my brain's a bit foggy.

Thanks!
