Got a 24p juniper ex3300p for 200gbp, got offer accepted so might go lower.
Don't know if is a great deal, but somewhat ok.

Sounds like a good price. What I like about the ex3300p is the PoE+ capability and 4x10G connectors, which the 4200 is missing (if I'm not mistaken). The 3300 24p are not that noisy either and you can make them even more quite with a better fan (noctua)
