I just picked up a dedicated server from SoYouStart. This is my first time owning a dedicated server. So pardon my ignorance but when I am logged in and I type reboot - it takes around 4 mins to come back to the login screen.
The hardware is as follows:
Processor : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU D-1541 @ 2.10GHz
CPU cores : 16 @ 2700.000 MHz
AES-NI :
Enabled
VM-x/AMD-V : Enabled
RAM : 31.2 GiB
Swap : 0.0 KiB
Disk : 14 TB
It takes a bit of time here - 375-CC4-F8-38-DF-4386-B9-B7-002-C496130-EC
then here - E0455468-B7-EB-49-B2-AB57-CE343-CB8-DCCB
then spends some time here on BIOS splash screen - 6-C8109-F3-2-AD9-4844-A36-D-3-D5-B6-DCB3-B10
before proceeding with OS boot - it shows me this error for about 10 seconds - ED0-AA1-B0-5-C39-49-B3-A787-CBA5-B94-AF6-DC
and then the final 25-30 seconds delay on this - C5542-BB2-AF54-45-FA-9330-031-B08862-F10
