Who knows?!? Just a quick read says they want to invest in new equipment and the old equipment has a value equal to that owed and secured by the creditors. But somehow that has created some issues (perhaps inconsistent cash flow, old equipment not selling as quickly) for the capital/money needed to acquire the newer equipment to keep things on schedule. So everyone still gets paid but re-ordered, so A-B-C-D becomes C-B-D-A. Another benefit of early payment can yield some big savings from interest, capital towards R&D or better equipment. By acquiring new equipment earlier or on schedule can have a major impact on the bottom line, production schedules, and production runs. It's always better to have your manufacturing plants up and running with minimal downtime (because running or idle/empty, it still costs money).
