I was wondering, what kind of switch do you buy if you want, 24-48 RJ45 gigabit ports, with link aggression. A switch that supports IPv6 and management and have 2-4 fiber optic ports that support 10 Gigabit?
I was wondering what this kind of equipment coast, I have nothing against buying used stuff. I'm not planning to buy it now since I guess its pretty expensive but this kind of switch would be perfect for me.
And like in a year or so, how much would the price be, do anyone have any idea?
And is it switches that give IP'es to different ports, etc.. if user is connected to port 1 he will get 192.168.0.101, port 2; 192.168.0.102... and so on. ?
If thats possible, it would also be a great feature.
