I don't think it was intended for the public, but its a very nice introduction into 2014 era datacenters including detailed information about what is used in a DC down to media types and protocols.

Edit:
I briefly compared the two versions, the older one is much more thorough.
I'd recommend to read both, first the older one and then skimp over the known parts on the newer one.
