Interesting Windows only cryptonight miner that mines fast on non AES cpu's.

jceminer/cn_cpu_miner

[CPU] JCE Miner Cryptonight/forks, brand new, super fast!

Not open source.

Written in assembly, VERY interesting!

And has some very unique thread and cache tweeking options in the config.example.txt.

Minimum cpu is 32 bit with sse2 instructions..........humm I have an old Pentium 4 3.2 ghz and an unused all in one cpu watercooler......hummm

Linux version? "Not Yet"

Probably not too efficient with old cpu's but would be fun to try out, but some of those cpu's are really not that power hungry compared to todays beast's.

Supposed to be just a little faster on new cpu's, well at least up to 32 cores, than xmr-stak or xmrig but I have not tested yet.

Wow. That's no joke. I've got an old Dell 24 core R905 with some non AES opterons, and it sure is doing 30-40% higher on AEON.

Ive tried it on an older i7 in windows 32 bit for a few minutes and it worked fine. I can't really compare it to anything because thats the first 32 bit miner that I tried.

I've tested the JCE-miner since version 0.10 or so and gave a lot of feedback. The miner is really great even in this early stage under certain circumstances:
- it is way faster on non-AES-CPUs than any other miner I've tested
- it supports dual-mining. That is a feature for non-AES-CPUs, which allows one scratchpad – say 2 MB of size – calculated by two cores. So you can use a Intel Core 2 Quad without AES for Monero, setting up 2 scratchpads for both 2 MB L2 caches, but telling both dual-core Dies to work on one scratchpad.

Ok, if you want max. hashrate at all, this miner might be not yours. Buy a Vega and use XMR-stak-GPU. But if you have (plenty of) old CPUs like Merom, Conroe, Lynnfield, Regor, Deneb, Thuban, Propus, etc. this might be your CPU-miner :D

Besides the community around this miner is so small at this stage, that you can request special features directly to the coder :D
