Hi all,
I ended up buying a Rangeley (Supermicro A1SRi-2758F) and wanted to try something similar to PigLover.
I see PigLover ended up doing the same thing I did more or less... but hoping making this its own thread helps others find easily. Check this post for pictures and a better explanation.

- Install Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 - you get a warning saying no network adapters are found
- Download Intel Ethernet Drivers (I used the 1/13/2014 version at: http://downloadmirror.intel.com/23073/eng/PROWinx64.exe ) - I selected the EXE so I didn't have to deal with ZIP. I used the Windows Server 2012 R2 version.
- Add PROWinx64.exe to an ISO image I keep around for drivers/ DOS boot.
- Insert disk via IPMI (or you could do USB drive for a manual version)
- Install drivers by running the EXE. In my case D:\PROWinx64.exe ran the GUI installer
- If you are using a static IP, you can set that up at this point. If DHCP it will automatically configure
