What exactly is this key used for and what is the difference between Bot Guard and secure boot?

It seems to be something of a 'AI' powered threat detector, but my take is that its part of intel backdoor.
It has access to everything on the system, and can talk through network.

so if they have the PK's someone could potentially hijack whole intel subsystem, and do whatever they want on the system. It integrates with windows 11 TPM. Thus lets say you install msi afterburner from somewhere - and someone attaches code that will make change to Intel's tpm, it will be applied and your pc could forever be compromised, and accessible not only to alphabet people but maybe by Chinese or Russians too.
