I have recently come across 2 Dell PowerEdge R820. One has 2 E5-4640 and the other has 2 E5-4640 v2. Both have 192Gb of memory, 10GB SPF+ PCI-E cards, and no hard drives. According to Dell's Website, they have support until 2024 on both. What would be a reasonable amount to sell them for?

Support until 2024 sounds wrong, they would be 4-6 years or so old now... original was 2012, v2 would be 2014 vintage.

Anyway back to the topic. That’s a hard question, decent memory but have the feeling you would have trouble moving them at any more than $200-300 each.

Even without drives thats a quad CPU capable machine with support for another 4-5 years? (must have been bought with a 10 year coverage or EOS, something)
I agree with Samir, at minimum $750 ish, those warranties by themselves cost about $750/year (less if doing multiple years) renewing from Dell. On top of all that its Pro level - on site not basic coverage so potentially worth more.
