I see some threads noting that the ASRock motherboards with a C246 chipset (C246 WSI) supports iGPUs for tasks like QuickSync decoding assuming the Xeon CPU I buy has an integrated GPU. For example, https://forums.servethehome.com/index.php?threads/asrock-rack-c246-wsi-which-psu.23586/

I'm trying to figure out if this is also true for the ASRock C246 motherboard with IPMI - The E3C246D2I ASRock Rack > E3C246D2I

Has anyone tried this and been at all successful?Any other ITX motherboard suggestions which support QuickSync AND IPMI?

My end-goal is to get a motherboard for 8 drives + Plex transcoding, perhaps without an HBA if the board has enough SATA ports.
