I need an IDRAC7 Enterprise license for three r620s and a r720. What is the go to source these days?

I see them advertised on Ebay for roughly $35 if i send them my service tag but I'm wary of getting scammed. How did these sellers acquire these licenses or how are they generating them from a service tag? Is it something I can do myself?

the ebay sellers are fine, they have keygens. no, I haven't seen them leaked anywhere. there's also the method posted above of changing the service tag to match an already existing license, then loading that license
