i7-4790T, i5-4690T, i5-4430S - Bulk supply OBO

I was doing some research on some 4th Generation CPUs and came across some listings by our dear friend kalleyomalley on EBay. Between 300-500 units, all OBO. I wonder what is her best price? Few CPUs sold to date, except for i5-4690T where 205 units have been sold to date.

These are low power and low heat CPUs, from what I have read they would make great CPU for a media centre or other low power and low heat use. I imagine the CPU will throttle down to meet it's thermal and power envelope, so I don't know how they perform compared to their 'normal' CPU counterparts?

From what I have seen, you can pick up motherboards for these CPUs on EBay for about $100.
I imagine it would make for a low cost rig for a desktop or kid's gaming PC. Xmas is coming!

Anyone suggest a good MB for gaming rig, does not need to be best gaming rig but value for money, as I'm considering cheap gaming rig for a friend's teenager child?

Note that Haswell's has much better branch prediction than older generations, good read Inside the Ivy Bridge and Haswell BTB — Matt Godbolt’s blog

I've gotten deals from that seller but for some reason their CPU prices are STUPID expensive and they won't negotiate much, at-least I gave up trying

I could use a Sandy or Ivy CPU but can get E3s for darn cheap now.

I had similar experience with their unreasonable OBO approach on the older generation CPUs.

I personally think the E3-1230L is worth around $170. At $234 obo, I wouldn't even put in an offer.
