I/O Shield for SM H11SSL-I

I found on the SuperMicro site that this is the I/O shield for my motherboard (H11SSL-I, bought 2nd hand and didn’t come with one). The pic that shows the I/O shield shows it with punch outs filled and I would have to remove them my self. My question is what tools do I need to punch out the areas that need to be opened?

Did you get cut at all? Those things can be sharp.

I'd wear gloves and use small flat-nose pliers to do the removal, but I also play piano, so I'm more protective of my fingers than most people.
