I need a USB 3.0 Jbod Enclosure (4 or 5 bay) that does not disconnect during large file transfers, and is capable of 3TB drives.

Currently I am testing a SANS DIGITAL MobileSTOR MS4UM+B JBOD enclosure but it doesn't cut the mustard. I'm ready to send it back to Newegg.
