Ok, well, that rules out dual CPU power connector problems.
check if PSU is in the right slot1. you can use slot2 but need to be configured in iDrac.Swapped #2cpu into the primary slot. Machine boots. When I add the known good #1cpu to slot 2, no boot
try to get a second same silver to sort out things.So I got the server running on one silver processor. Updated bios to latest and iDrac to 3.30.30.30
