Hwo to backup existing firmware (BIOS + BMC + etc) on my Intel S2600cw?

I want to backup the bios it came with before updating to latest one.

I checked the Intel website and they are only offering a newer version that what's in the board.

the BIOS with it comes is a factory BIOS.
while the update process the system makes a backup.
this state can be restored, check the jumper documentation in the manuals.
