Hi, I've got few Huawei rack servers RH2288 V3 in my company. Of course I'm writing here because I want to update BIOS and iBMC. In most of them I've got iBMC 2.76 (U25) and BIOS 3.87 (U47). When I try to update them via gui with files posted here (I've tried many versions) all the time I get error "The upgrade file does not match the device to be upgraded". Does anynoe has clue what seems to be the problem?
Did you unpack the zip files?
If you are a company you would be better off with some kind of tech subscription at Huawei to get access to more support resources and current downloads..

I've used .hpm files. Maybe it's no "H" in my product name? When I log in to IBMC I see Product Name: RH2288 V3 - so no "H" behind "8"?
Huawei send me to contact xFusion and xFusion said that I have to renew warranty to get any kind of support from them. It's a bit stupid to buy support for almost 10 years old servers just to update BIOS and iBMC. We've got many Dell servers (old and new) and never have to pay some kind of subscription just to get new BIOS.
Maybe someone here have proper files and is willing to share them - I will be very grateful.
It should be a problem with the video card's power request. You can find info about it here on the forum.

Hi, on my RH2288H v3 server I installed an SM231 card, but I have some problems with trans. Is there a firmware maybe to update? Does anyone have it? In iBMC I can't see a fw version.

but i havent tried the firmware update. The package contains the firmware and a linux binary nvmupdate64e. The later looks like the regular Intel(R) Ethernet NVM Update Tool binary.Hey,
i see the BIOS and IBMC posted here for the RH2288H but i got the non H version RH2288, does anyone have the latest BIOS and IBMC for it or can tell me if my IBMC 2.94 (U25) and BIOS 3.63 (U47) is the most recent? Sadly whatever site i visit from Huawei there is only the message "product is EON no resources to download".
