HPE Ml30 Gen10 AfterMarket CPU Cooler Options

Hi there, my ML30 Gen10 is awesome, except for the darn fan noise. There is no way to control the fan speeds via ilo/bios besides setting the power state, which is already at its most energy efficient. So I plan on replacing the stock fans and CPU cooler with Noctua parts which should quiet things down... Was wondering if anyone knows if any of the noctua coolers are compatible with the backplate that is in this server. Apparently they are not standard lga1151?

Any help would be much appreciated... I am getting a headache lol

I don't know about aftermarket or being standard lga1151, do you have the measurements for the screw holds?

As far as replacing things, I found this on the HPE forum. Sounds like a pain. ML30 fan replacement
