They're engineering samples by the way. Rev0, no HPE GPN, werid FW versions (they usually release with 1 at the last digit). The one in first post is even for 3PAR so 520b, which is no issue of course but one loses some functions when attached to HP Smart Array.
FW for 3PAR SSDs can't be updated outside of 3PAR as far as I know and I doubt ES drives can be updated, too.
