HP T610 can't get anywhere near 1Gb/s on iPerf3

Hi owners of HP T610 (non-plus version with AMD G-T56U),
today i was kinda surprised to see that i can only achieve ~450Mb/s using iperf/3 on the RX, although TX seems fine with ~ 930/940Mb/s.
I did this testing after finding out that the thin client box had a freeze during a boot and achieved a very high temperature unfortunately to be discovered very late (~24h). I've also connected another Realtek USB3 Gbit adapter to get ~550Mb/s on the RX.

Can anyone else with T610 test the network speed and share their findings with me?

Have you checked any of the offload settings of the nic? How about with multiple iperf streams (-P x)?
