Around 30 seconds in they talk about their first step, Research. OK that makes sense. A second or two later they develop a list of things that are part of that research.

#3 and #4 are external factors such as trends
Reading that it felt telling. HP stuff all looks like it fits together well but products like Moonshot are like ideas on what HP wants to do first rather than what customers are clamoring for.
