In the event anyone is looking at an inexpensive tower server, the HP ML110 G7 is $400 on NewEgg after coupon. If you figure $220 for the CPU and $85 for the 2TB drive you basically are at $300+ which means the motherboard, chassis, 1x 2GB DDR3 DIMM and optical drive are <$100.

HP seem to be doing a promotion all over.

Singapore has the ML110 G7 inc E3-1220v1, 2x2GB ram, 2x250GB SATA, B110i controller, KB and mouse and 1 years on site warranty (only in Singapore) on sale at US$659 (S$799).

The one you listed from New Egg has no hard drive included so it would be US$459 - US$60 rebate + hard drive price. Still a great deal for a first low demand server.
