Man, I really want one of these for my 800 G4s, and I know it says it wont work, but man I'm tempted to buy and try anyways. It is either this, or a m.2 to i225 from aliexpress for $25

Regrettably, I think these are only compatible with HP 800 G5 and above. ...Probably 400 & 600 series as well.

These are for G6+ boxes mostly... maybe some G5's but I'm not sure.

It works in a prodesk 600 g6, so it should. And definitely confirmed it does not work in a G4 or G5, the connectors on the motherboard and flexio card are different.
