Mine the same how you disable TPM ?ILO was also not available, removing TPM has helped the server is already working.
I use E5-2630 V3.

Finally found some time to play with mine... Looks like ILO network is not working :-(
Left status led is solid green but no network link is established, I tried few switches and cables. ILO is set to DHCP, setting static IP does not help - there is no link seen by switch.
Also reset to factory defaults does not seem to work properly - it doesn't reset static IP configuration back to default DHCP. ILO otherwise lets itself to be configured via hponcfg or UEFI. Configuring ILO network port to share with onboard LAN succeeds, but reverts back immediatelly.
Both server and ILO have latest firmware updates. Edit: the TPM has been removed.
Any insight is much appreciated.
