How to configure NUT in Proxmox for graceful shutdown

I would like to setup and configure NUT in Proxmox 7, to allow my APC CS500 to give the Proxmox server time to shutdown gracefully
As I have pass through the onboard USB ports to a windows VM, so I cannot plug in the APC USB cable to the Proxmox server (Fujitsu D3348-B)

Is it possible to setup and configure NUT so that it watches another APC management card (AP9617) in my network, and if that card triggers for a shutdown, the Proxmox server also begins to shutdown?

I tried a method on a site but thats for proxmox 5.x. Totally messed it up. So I removed NUT completely.
Anybody can help me here? Much thanks.
