Hi
I just look what I will do buy a Server or Build it my own. Sure one part will be a Server Enclosure.
I never hade a 19" one just the Desktop and no problem with the HDD Connector.
A Friend of Mine who run his own Server Farm with HP Server I guess argued with me that the Case are not relay able and the HDD will fall out of the Raid.
I found from my IT Distributor this for example:
FANTEC SRC-4240X07 4HE Storagegehaeuse 680mm mit Mini SAS SFF-8087 auf 24x 8,89cm SATA-SAS Hot-Swap Backplane 5x Luefter
24x HDD are damn nice.

So any recommendation?

Your post is very hard to read/understand... :D

The cheap chassis from norco/inter-tech and similar companies are using cheap electronic components on the backplane and don't offer features for monitoring power supply and backplane metrics.

So any recommendation?
Supermicro > chenbro > norco/inter-tech > others

I would not look at hpe or dell if you want to build a server yourself. These are prebuild and highly integrated systems that don't offer as much flexibility as supermicro or ohter vendors chassis.
