Wow, I'm having the same problem. When I turn it off, the settings reset. It happens after updating from firmware 1.90 to 1.91. I've tried firmware 1.3, 1.7, 1.9, and 1.91, without success. Any tips? What firmware are you using? This is a Horaco ZX-SWTGW218AS.I've devoted some time today, to make a movie about the switch losing it's configuration after power cut.
As asked by XikeStor number 1 store on AliExpress.
But as luck would have it, I tried at least 6 times and the switch came back with it's settings intact every time.
So, I'm not sure if I should be happy, that it's now working as it should. Since I don't know if or when it will happen again.
Thanks for sharing! They kindly sent me upgrade firmware that I was able to recover (and upgrade!) the unit with.
This is for Horaco HC-SWTGW218AS.
This is ONLY for units with 200.x firmware.
This is specifically noted as NOT for units with 2.x firmware.
I will also note that the uboot password is not 'Switch321' on my unit.

If you have ingress so far into your network that this could be a problem, then the switch config is probably your least concern, just sayingI got the HORACO (HC-SWTGW218AS - v200.x firmware) and I'm having issues with the vLAN settings, management interface is always available on any vLAN, the traffic between vLANs looks to work, but can't isolate the management interface from any of them. Is it the same for all of you with managed versions? From some messages I guess it works properly for the v1.9.x .
EDIT: After some back and forward discussion with their support hey mentioned that it's actually by design, that they changed it to be available on all ports after market research (what?). That may explain why I see some post that mentioned that you could isolated the web management to a specific port. I'm requesting a refund to send it back. The worst is that I had already bought a 4 + 2 one and some modules that should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
Here is the versions I have for the HR-SWTGW215ASDoes anyone have a dump of a SWTGW215AS? I have multiple units that have all failed over the duration of a year now, I'd like to try reflash them / swap out the flash mem and see if that resolves the issue. I saw up-n-atom has some dumps but not for that model.
