I''ve maxed out my Beelink N100 which has been solid for over 2 years. Looking for advice for my next upgrade. I've been eyeing the MS-01 12900 primarily, but open to suggestions given my use case below. The MS-01 is currently on sale for Prime days. I'd be looking to add 96GB RAM (CT2K48G56C46S5) and 2x2TB nvme (CT2000P310SSD801). My main concern with the MS-01 is stability given some posts I've read on units failing.
Edit: I'm also open to the MS-A2. Given my use of Plex (although minimal transcoding) and Immich, I'm leaning towards Intel. Perhaps I'm over indexing on that front as the A2 seams to be a beast.
I'm looking for low maintenance and don't want to tinker too much.
