Looking to sell or possibly trade a few solid state drives to acquire more NVMe. I'm traveling at the moment, but am more than happy to answer any questions (remotely) to the best of my ability. Barring a last second change of plans, I should be in a position to answer questions requiring access to the drives by Thursday of next week. PM me for details or an email address/phone number.

Items for sale:
(17x) HGST HUSMR1619ASS20 1.92TB SAS3 (HP Model: VO1920JEVQQ) $949 $749 ea obo
Trying to gauge the market value of these is difficult- MSRP seems exorbitantly high (as much a $9,354 at serversforless.com) and most of what I've seen listed on eBay (HP/Dell/Std flavors) seems to be listed from $1250 to MSRP.

(3x) Samsung PM1633 960GB SAS3 (HP Model: VO0960JFDGU) $449 ea obo

I have a few other misc drives that will be listed when I get back into town. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of them handy at the moment.

(1x) Surface Pro 4 (i7, 16gb mem, 512gb NVME, grey Type Cover etc) $1000
I purchased this new from Microcenter approximately 1 year ago. It was used to run a specific application in a mobile setting and hasn't really seen much use.

Potential items of interest:
-A loaded ZBook G4/ZBook G4 Studio (Dreamcolor, Xeon, etc) -Went ahead and ordered one.
-Possibly certain high spec v4/V5 S/QS processors.. maybe even V3 if they are valued at the right price (particularly 2687W's, maybe a few 2667's, 2689's, 2690's, 2696/97/99's, or high spec platinum V5's)

I also have a few other items listed here:

Supermicro 2028U-TN24R4T+
Supermicro 2028U-TN24R4T+ (24x NVMe 2U)

Intel NVMe hot swap kits and/or complete server
Intel 2U NVMe Backplane Kit

Potential items of interest:
-Enterprise grade 2.5" NVMe drives. I would prefer to swap for these either in groups, or for models I already have several of.
Might help to list which those are;)

I considered it, but didn't want anyone to shy away from making offers...

-Most of my NVMe drives are: P3700's, 1.2TB 750's, PM963's, P3600 1.6TB's

I would still be interested in other NVMe drives, however.. (P3600's, P4800x , HGST's, etc)

Shipping is not the issue - taxes are - at least on my end. If we trade 1k worth of stuff I pay $200 import tax on it regardless of whether I bought it or not. If I don't have an invoice they even might look at the MSRP (worst case) or ebay prices (best case) as reference point...

Cheap airfares and hand carry it ?
Hard for me to judge how risky as I am always a visitor to EU and have been known to deliver goods to friends
Higher limits but not that high. But usually they don't check from western countries unless you have many large suitcases;)

I'd also be willing to sell it as a fully assembled 32TB Supermicro SAS3 2U disk shelf for $11K :)

What you really need is more SAS3 SSD, I'll trade you a PM1633 3.84TB for that Surface Pro 4 :)

Bump for ya.
Noo I do NOT need more SAS3 SSD's.. The only reason I currently have so many is because I thought they would be an easy sell/swap for smaller NVMe drives!

Update- All of the 1600MR HGST's are sold. To keep from reviving another old thread, I now have two
2028U-TN24R4T+'s, one of which I might still be interested in getting rid of $3499 obo.

Also still have the Intel R2600WT server with:
S2600WT2 MB
1x 750W Intel Power supply
AXX10GBNIAIOM Intel mez card (2x 10G SFP+)
1x A2U44X25NVMEDK NVMe kit
$1100 Buyer pays shipping.

8x HGST HUC101212CSS600 (C10K1200's 1.2TB) $90 ea obo

Interested in trading for:
-P3600 1.6TB, P3700, or P4800X 2.5" SSD's

-Solarflare SFN8542-PLUS or Chelsio T62100
-Processors listed in original post

More to come when I get back to Houston.
