Is that 1093TB write? or 1PB? wow!

I thought it sounded pretty high but calculated that it's "only" 7 MB/sec written constantly over 5 years.

Thought the 500TB write one i got was high.. that's nothing compared to 1PB. These enterprise drives are nuts!

My sparq drive powered on but was not detected plugged into the parallel port on the win10 computer even after reboot ;(. also it made a high pitch screeching noise when i loaded a disk ;(

It doesn't surprise me that it wasn't detected. And I hope the screech wasn't a head crash!

So the new 4TB replacement did not have any bad sector.

I went back and ran another surface scan on the 9X5X drive i mentioned earlier. It developed an additional 4 uncorrected sector read error ;(. so i guess it is really on a down hill
