Help with VNXe 3100

Can't find much publicly accessible VNXe documentation. Can someone help with physical cabling of VNXe 3100 with 2 disk shelves?

VNXe connection utility can't find the unit. The system believed to be working before decommissioned by the company.

Check the shelf ID and lowest closest to the controllers, and each path to the next shelf.
