Help: Testing Mellanox ConnectX-3 - not connecting

SRIO-V did not help. Maybe iperf limit and something like this: Does IPERF Tell White Lies?

I haven't read the whole thread, but I have seen more than 20Gbps on iperf with 40Gbps ConnectX-2 cards. Link to my testing done last year.

Hmm I think I'll find some time in the next few weeks to get my Ethernet 40 gig cards tested

I would guess it is not iperf but something to do with the fact you are passing traffic looping to the same card through hyper-v vm's. I set up a similar machine using 10GbE on ConnectX-3 and am getting low figures also but in the 3.65gbps range.

Thanks for all the help. I'm hoping that I can use this next week in new systems with less frustration. Much better to do this between two actual systems anyway!
