Ordered anoher 36 Bay from EBay after the last one was damaged in shipping. This one no damage but the handles were shipped loose unattached to the server. 4 Screws lose in the box. How do i connect the little ribbon thingy to the power switch so it powers on? Looked online didn't see anything.

If you disassemble the left handle, you'll see the PCB it connects to. Only have 3 screws holding it together. Here's a quick photo I took to show you what to expect. You presumably will not have this much slack on the cable as it will still be attached to the chassis unlike mine.
