Help flashing LSI 1068E to IR

This is the embedded SAS controlled on a Supermicro X8DT3-F.

I know most need to go from IR to IT.
But I need to go the other way.

Utility and firmware found here:

Wouldn't work.

Supermicro did not respond to email.

Hey! If you check the manual for your board, on page 2-32 you'll find documentation for a jumper which selects between IT and IR firmwares for the onboard 1068e controller. Once you've changed it to IR, you should probably be able to update it to the latest IR firmware they provide for your board.

I'd note that the firmware you've chosen is for an add-in card, not for the onboard controller and might not apply properly.
