Help decide on new storage build

Atm I am using my Microserver G8 as VM storage, but the cpu is just too slow sometimes + I need more bays.

I dont know which case yet, I was hoping to go with something like U-Nas or something similar.

Requirements:
- Low power. Preferably E3
- DDR3 ECC memory (Just too expensive to build a FreeNAS storage with DDR4)
- 2 PCI slots. One for 10GB and one for HBA
- IPMI/BMC
- Micro ATX or Mini-ITX

Anyone have good idea?

This is strictly for Vmware ISCSI storage
