Here's a screenshot from Wireshark:

I think IPMI may be set on ipv6 and I may be having issues as I'm on a ipv4 network.

Anyone can confirm and know what would be the work around?

Best would be direct console access and reset the BMC that way, or have a trusted third party do it for you, or if you have remote access to an OS already available on the server, you could potentially use IPMIcfg on that to reset the BMC :)

Well, I was able to get the ipv6 address from Wireshark and connect. Now the default IPMI is no ADMIN/ADMIN and I'm having some trouble using ipmicfg on an ipv6 address (states invalid command). Any ideas?

Run it remotely? Of course you would need access to an OS already on the box to do that :)
Can you access a remote desktop or use ssh etc?
