HBA LSI 9500-8i / LSI3816 firmware update under Windows server 2022

It was easy before with lsi9300 they could be updated under megaraid or dos simple commands.
This new adapter is a bit tricky or I'm missing something.

I have latest firmware .bin
HBA_9500-8i_SAS_SATA_Profile.bin
HBA_9500-8i_Mixed_Profile.bin

I'm planing to use only sas3 HDD for now.
So I guess SAS_sata profile will be the one.

Can anyone share procedure under Windows for this HBA?

It goes simple with:
storcli64 /c0 download file=<firmware_file>

the question is mixed or sas/sata profile?

Bios won't update:
C:>storcli64 /c0 download file=IT_HBA_X64_BIOS_PKG_E6.rom

Status = Failure
Description = The image signature is invalid.

Learned that this is not the way to update BIOS

but SAS3FLASH is not working saying that this controller is not AVAGO
