Guide: Flashing H310/H710/H810 Mini & full size to IT Mode

I used two H810 (2 external SAS ports) and never did flashing I believe, they already were in IT mode but definitely not because someone flashed em, that doesn't happen in Japan at least. You sure stock firmware doesn't already work for you?

Mine is not, they're in stock IR mode.

First of all thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

I keep getting the below when trying flash my PERC H810. I have a Dell R720 with an onboard PERC H730P Mini which I disabled in the BIOS. I pulled all the drives, set the all Processor > virtualization and Integrated settings, and set boot to BIOS. Clearing the card works fine, and reverting back to the Dell firmware both work fine. But every time I flash it looks like it starts working... then this. From this point on the card isn't detected until I revert back to the Dell firmware.

PERC H730P ? that's a 13th gen card, for an R730 (or r30, etc) not an R720. Do you mean you have an R730? if so that would explain your issues, for some reason 13th gen dells and up have IOMMU/BIOS changes that break lsirec and mpt low level tools. you'll need to find a 12th gen box
