Hello All,
I just wanted to see if anyone else has been using Google Cloud Print for multi-platform printing at home. Google is sun setting there cloud print capability for chromebooks and other platforms the end of this month (Migrate from Cloud Print - Google Chrome Enterprise Help). "After December 2020, the “Save to Drive” option won't be available for Windows, MacOS, and Linux devices." - which was one of my planned work arounds.
I am leaning toward setting up a simple Linux server with CUPS for my 2 printers, but wanted to see what other ideas this august group have considered for sharing printers across home network. Maybe even re-purpose an old Raspberry Pi3.
Happy Holidays,
ABQ
