Just a heads up for any other Mac users who enjoy iSCSI: SNS has announced the new version (v5) of their iSCSI initiator software, which brings support for Lion, among other things. This is good news for me, as I haven't been able to use iSCSI on my 10.7 system because the previous version of globalSAN was not Lion-compatible.
They also announced an iSCSI target software product for OS X, which is something new.
I'll post test results once I get my hands on the trial versions of both products; SNS says they will be ready on 19-Sept.
