i think mine default to 10GbE and hence don't link up on GbE.
I had to use ethtool on linux at least once to set the linkspeed to GbE manually.
Then it worked for me

Interesting it doesn't like to come up at 1G! Anyways, thanks for the pointer. Patched it into a 10 Gbps switch and works fine now.

Does anyone have the BMC password for this board? admin/admin and admin/password do not work for me.

Just got one of these and I can get to BMC login page through DHCP but the board shuts down with the orange light after BMC initializes.

EDIT: After orange LED came on and BMC initialized, I popped the CLR_CMOS jumper while board was plugged in and it fired back to life. Was able to reset BMC password after netbooting into debian and using ipmitool

EDIT2: This board is giving all sorts of weird errors. Was getting all the same P_VCC errors as others as well as P_BAT errors. Removed the CMOS battery and tested it on a multimeter which read 2.99V. Booted without CMOS battery and immediatley powered the board off as others suggested. Powered on via BMC and the board works as expected. Replaced CMOS battery with a brand new one and still having the same shutdown issue at boot. Sometimes there's a CPU thermal trip error (>55C which shouldn't be an issue for this CPU but whatevs....) which stops booting. This board is too unreliable to put into production.

EDIT3: WORKAROUND FOUND! Set "Restore AC Power Loss" to "Power Off" in BIOS. When the system powers on, wait for BMC to initialize and then power on. Seems to work without issues for now...
