But ofc my password is like /(%&"Jgdhfh""§TR%Z"Z%§T!?⁼ what is my problem now. And ofc the h5viewer is shit, as the features are so damn limited.
Every special character is working except ^. This is such a bullshit error.
i have MS33-CPA (same BMC FW than all other MS03/MS33/MS73)
i hope that Firmware has same features than AST2500 models

I've learned a lesson not to use such passwords for absolutely anything I have to do with the h5 viewer. I now use "cocklol5" as password for everything. I couldnt even fix by grub, because this bullshit h5viewer isnt using my keyboard there.

This was the biggest shit and timewasting problem i ever had. Gladly i just wasted a few settings in proxmox and just started setting it up.

As Im understand he has access to BMC and KVM console(Video&Keyboard) so he can do everything... He can go to BIOS, edit GRUB and boot to reset password(Method 1) ...
all is solved, the issue was he can't send the character ^ included in the password with H5viewer of gigabyte AST2500 BMC FW.

What he wrote there sounded more like a "I'll just reinstall Proxmox VE and start from Scratch though".
yes, and he don't use charachters in password not possible (or hard) to send in H5viewer.
but i bet the JViewer supports a Virtual Keyboard (seen with my ASRock C741)

Just installed Truenas 25.04.2.4 on that board; 32GM RAM, AMD Ryen 5 5500, latest BIOS F20 and BMC 12.61.39 is installed.

I'm getting every minutes or so this message on the console and haven't figured out, how to fix it:

1. Does everything work, and do you have something plugged into 2nd port of onboard nics ? If yes and no then why are you posting here ?

2. version 25.10 is very close to release, is your problem still present there ?

3. maybe you do 1 and 2 before posting here for a software log warning on a hardware motherboard tread ?

4. rant over :D

Sorry m8

bad day got the better of me !

Welcome to the forum :)

Normally warnings in logs can be ignored to a large extent unless it co-insides with a real hardware problem, but a lot of new users get scared for no reason at all..

Anyways your question would have been more at home at the Truenas forum than here :)

Bottom line it sounds like your system is running fine ;)

Running a Ryzen 5 5600 on the Gigabyte MC12-LE0 with a be quiet! Pure Power 12M 550W.

Any recommended BIOS/UEFI settings (eco mode, C-states, undervolting, etc.) to cut down idle power draw but still keep decent performance under load?

Idle (Proxmox with no vms/lxcs): 22-23W

What if you unplug the real Drive (SSD ?) temporarily and try a LiveUSB ? Does that force boot into LiveUSB and get an IP Address via DHCP (check the Leases Page on your Router). Plug the real Drive in again. Chroot. Fix. Reboot.

@_Dejan_ @luckylinux
i doubt he has local access.
Other Options maybe:
- Try to mount ISO/Virtual USB Image via Management Interface (GUI)
- Maybe you can change Boot Order from a Menu instead of BIOS directly, if KVM works e.g. Supermicro you can override Boot Device with F11, then select your Drive

Alternative is of course Network Boot although that depends a lot on Circumstances.
