The 3560G is an excellent switch, but be aware that it is not POE+(802.3at) capable, so if at some point in the future you want to run Camera's, AP's etc that need the extra oomph, the switch won't be able to provide the power required. In all other respects though, a great switch for the money. Unless you are torturing it, you'll not need to worry about fan noise from it either, they really are not noisy when just ticking along. They do run warm though, so I would advise against replacing the fan
