68Gbps full backplane wire speed...two - 10Gb ports (X2, which complicates things a tiny bit). Save on heat and size if you downgrade to 750W supply (its about 3 inches shorter), and still get 24 ports POE. Web Interface works good, but CLI is how Cisco dreamed it up from the beginning. LACP in HW, like a boss.
Non-POE version, around $250 on eBay. POE around $340. One I saw for that price included X2 to SFP converters to get 2 x 1Gb out of one X2 if you needed Fiber versus 1000BaseT.
