full tower case for Supermicro X9DR3-F motherboard

I'm looking for a sleek full tower case for Supermicro X9DR3-F motherboard. The Fractal Define XL R2 would be perfect, but unfortunately the motherboard mounting holes do not match with the case. If possible, then I would like to avoid using rack mountable 4U cases.
Any suggestions?

As always: Phanteks Enthoo Pro.
Supermicros SSI-EEB boards can be mounted without any modifications, the case is functional, and and the quality is ok for the ~100€ price tag. Don't worry, there is a version without window side panels.
